We believe that providing both structure and routine are critical to establishing a baseline for growth and understanding.
Only through regular predictable routine (mealtimes, bedtime, life skills, etc.) can we create a culture conducive to building opportunity. That is, while children have stress levels agitated by chaotic routines, they are not receptive to learning.
Once a baseline of stability and predictability has been established then we can expect to see returns on investments in therapeutic programming and counseling.
Similar to building a tall building, establishing a solid foundation and complete framework is necessary to reach higher goals.
